1. Agreement and scope
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of ETF Signal, a public research and informational website operated by NG HUENG SAN, an individual based in Malaysia. By using the website, you agree to comply with these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Research only; no professional advice
ETF Signal publishes quantitative research, historical run records, comparison tables, model-generated Long/Short/No Signal classifications, and charts. None constitutes personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a solicitation or offer to trade, or a promise of performance. We do not operate a brokerage or execute orders. See our Disclaimer.
3. Data accuracy, timestamps and changes
Third-party market and holdings information may be delayed, adjusted, missing or inaccurate. A run timestamp, market-data session and holdings as-of date may differ. Automated and manual runs must be interpreted according to their published labels and metadata. We may correct, revise, remove or update content where reasonably necessary; historical records are not guaranteed immutable. We aim to identify material changes transparently where practical.
4. Acceptable use
You may view content for lawful personal or internal research. Do not interfere with availability or security, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate the operator, or present classifications as guaranteed investment instructions. Do not bulk-extract, scrape, republish, sublicense or commercially redistribute substantial datasets or chart collections without first obtaining written permission from the operator and, where applicable, the underlying rights holder. A permission from ETF Signal does not replace any third-party licence.
5. Intellectual property and third-party rights
Original website design, commentary and software-related presentation may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing on this site grants ownership of ETF issuer marks, third-party market data or holdings information. Third-party market data, ETF holdings, trademarks and other source material remain subject to their owners' terms, licensing rules and applicable law. ETF Signal does not represent that it owns, can sublicense, or has independently verified redistribution rights to third-party material. Public availability does not itself grant reuse rights. No licence to download or redistribute source datasets is granted by these terms; for permissions, consult the relevant rights holder.
6. Availability; disclaimers of warranties
The service and content are made available on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make warranties about accuracy, completeness, timeliness, uninterrupted operation, suitability for a particular trading strategy or investment outcomes. Nothing here excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Liability
Users remain responsible for independently evaluating research outputs and obtaining professional advice where appropriate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims liability for losses arising solely from reliance on research classifications or third-party data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer protection, remedy or other statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including where the operator is legally responsible for its own conduct.
8. External services and links
Links and references to third-party services are provided for context. We do not control third-party content, services, practices or availability. Their own terms may apply.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory laws or rights that apply to a visitor. Any dispute-resolution arrangements remain subject to applicable jurisdiction and mandatory legal requirements.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the website evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the published terms, with a revised effective date when appropriate. Questions: ncysan2021@gmail.com.
