1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how the operator of ETF Signal handles information in connection with the public ETF research website. ETF Signal currently presents research tables, charts and analysis-run history. It is not a brokerage service or trading account platform.
2. Information you provide
If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and any other information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your message, investigate technical or data-quality issues and maintain relevant correspondence. Please do not send passwords, account credentials or sensitive financial information.
3. Hosting, security and technical data
ETF Signal is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Delivery of web pages and related security operations may involve processing technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser/device information and requested URLs by Cloudflare. The availability and retention of provider-side logs depend on Cloudflare services, settings and applicable provider policies. We do not describe these services as collecting no personal information.
4. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
As checked in the Cloudflare Pages dashboard on 15 October 2026, Cloudflare Web Analytics was disabled for the etfsignal project. A review of available website HTML did not identify common Google Analytics tracking-script references. We do not currently intend to use the site for advertising profiling or targeted advertising.
We cannot confirm that all cookies, local storage, security identifiers or other technical mechanisms are absent. Our hosting and security providers may use technologies necessary to deliver, protect or operate the website. Browser settings may let you restrict cookies, although doing so could affect functionality.
Before adding optional analytics, advertising, marketing, or user-account tracking, we intend to review the relevant privacy and consent requirements, update this notice and implement any notices or choices required by applicable law. This paragraph describes our intended approach, not a claim that all current technical processing has been independently audited.
5. Third-party services and external links
The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages and uses third-party financial data in preparing its research outputs. When you follow links to external websites, their respective privacy policies apply. Providing market data for the analysis engine does not necessarily mean those data sources directly receive visitors' personal information from this website.
6. Email and data retention
We use emails received at ncysan2021@gmail.com only to handle the enquiry, follow up on related technical or data-quality matters, protect legitimate interests where lawful, and comply with applicable obligations. Please do not send sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
We aim to keep correspondence for no longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes and to delete or anonymise it when no longer needed, subject to legal duties, disputes, security needs and technically available deletion controls. We do not currently state a fixed deletion deadline or claim that automatic deletion is configured. We will assess and document a workable retention schedule before making a specific time-bound promise. Requests for deletion may be sent to the contact email and will be assessed under applicable law.
Cloudflare and email providers may independently process or retain technical data under their own policies and settings; we do not control every provider-side copy or log.
7. Sharing and international processing
We use external services for hosting, security and email. We do not sell website visitors’ personal information or intentionally share it for third-party targeted advertising. Service providers may process information needed to provide their services, and cross-border processing may occur depending on their systems. These statements are not a representation that technical data is never disclosed or processed by providers. Any disclosures and transfers remain subject to applicable legal requirements.

For privacy questions or requests concerning information held by the website operator, email ncysan2021@gmail.com. We will review requests in accordance with applicable law and any relevant exceptions. Requests about provider-controlled data may also be subject to the provider's own procedures.
9. Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy if website functionality, data practices or applicable obligations change. A revised policy will display its updated effective date.
